ETP Biocultures for your Industry

Evolon Biotech manufactures a wide range of industry-specific bacterial cultures to degrade high COD and BOD in ETP water.

As a thumb rule, one kg of Evolon Biotech's microbial culture can easily replace 1 ton of cow dung. That means a lower requirement of DO (for aerobic bacteria), ultimately saving the cost of electricity and improving the equipment lifecycle.

(Note: In India, several companies still use cow dung as a source of bacteria in ETP/STP. Hence, the comparison and reference. However, consultants are now moving away from this practice.)

Our bacterial cultures deliver results that cannot be obtained with any amount of generic microbial cultures. Our formulations work where generic bacteria simply fail to perform or even survive.

Evolon Biotech has developed these formulations keeping effluent water chemistry in mind. These microbes are highly tolerant to fluctuations in temperature, pH, and inlet COD. As a result, you get stable performance, no episodes of biomass loss. and consequently less frequent bacterial dosage.

Our technical expert will discuss the symptoms and operating conditions with you to understand the root cause of the issue. Depending on the issue, we may also conduct small lab-scale trials with your effluent.
