• We are already using bacteria or chemicals. Can we still use this?
  Yes. Evobac STP works with all your existing treatments. Just avoid strong chemicals 2 hours before and after dosing.
  
  
• Our STP operator is not very skilled. Will this still work?
  Evobac STP is very easy to use. These are ready to use bacteria. So overnight activation is not needed. Just mix the powder in a bucket of water, and add it to the aeration tank. That is it. It works in wide range of pH and dissolved oxygen levels.
  
  
• Our STP has high levels of Fats, oil and detergents?
  No problem at all. Oil and detergent is food for these microbes. It can handle all of that and more. These are strong vigorous bacteria, that can degrade a wide range of organic matter.
  
  
• Will this increase sludge or maintenance work?
  No. It improves sludge quality. You get better settling and fewer issues. Overall operation becomes easier.
  
  
• Our STP load fluctuates a lot. Will it still work?
  Yes. It handles load changes well. Works during both high and low usage. Keeps the system stable. Evobac STP is used in resorts that face seasonal load fluctuations.
  
  
• How soon will we see results?
  Usually within a few days to 2 weeks. You’ll notice less odour and better settling first. Results improve with regular use.
  
  
• Is this safe for residents and to reuse water?
  Yes. The bacteria are safe and natural. No harmful chemicals are added. Many of our customers are passing the treated water through sand and charcoal filter and are then using it for gardening, flushing toilets, and washing the housing society premises.
  
  
• How is this different from other products?
  Higher active bacteria and better strains. Designed for real STP conditions. Gives more consistent results.
